Welcome! This is your one stop shop to access all your online certification training modules to become certified in Thought Code® Organisational Profile.

To make it easy for you we’ve split the content into module chunks so you can focus on a section per week if you like. At the end of each module chunk is a knowledge check you are required to complete in order to receive your certification and start utilising the profile tool in your practice.

You’ll find as you work your way through the content that you will start to apply the insights and frameworks to your own business. We encourage you to do this to help you gain more awareness on how your business is operating and how your capability is influencing and impacting your business.

As adults who like to learn, we are sure you have blocked out time already in your calendar to dedicate to this training. This is something you are doing for you, investing in your growth and professional development and upskilling to better serve your clients so be sure to give it the attention it deserves…and more accurately the attention you and your clients deserve.

At any point if you have any questions or would like to chat about a particular component simply send me an email and we will be in touch to organise a time to chat. Each week throughout your training we will run an online classroom to provide you with an opportunity to have your questions answered or talk through the content.

Now it’s over to you!

Simply work through the content in numerical order and before you know it you will be receiving your certification. The modules are relatively short averaging around 10-15 minutes each so you can easily incorporate the training into your schedule. We recommend spending an hour or two at a time consuming some content so you can get immersed in the content for a period of time. You’ll find this approach very rewarding and motivating and you’ll speed through the course.

So without further ado…
